By-Laws of the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District No. 1

The By-Laws of the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District No. 1 provide basic policy regarding the Board of Directors, County Advisory Committees, County Secretaries, annual setting of tax rate, approval of expenditures, and other information.

 (These amendments change the regular monthly Board of Directors meeting to the second Tuesday of each month & allows the Board of Directors to set a policy regarding the County Advisory Committees.  The policy will include maximum/minimum number of members per county, qualifications for appointment and service, duties and responsibilities, and frequency of meetings.)
