SERVICE AREA

The High Plains Underground Water Conservation District No. 1 service area (shown in blue) consists of Bailey, Cochran, Hale, Lubbock, Lynn, and Parmer Counties, as well as portions of Armstrong, Castro, Crosby, Deaf Smith, Floyd, Hockley, Lamb, Potter, and Randall Counties. An area of 10,728 square miles or 6,869,910 acres is served by the Water District.
